Love movies, but not ideal for a first date; it's hard to get to know one another sitting non-facing in an environment that discourages conversation. Hm, how about meeting for coffee (tea or water for me) and conversation. If there are sparks, the "what" or "where" won't matter so much as the "who."

Skiing! (Ok, I've tried it; I want to do it again!) Hang-gliding...something about strapping a kite to one's back and leaping off a mountain just appeals to me...go figure. Cooking class--Viking offers one in The Woodlands...care to join me?

Grey matter is a must. You don't have to think like me, but you do have to think. I admire intelligence a lot, brilliance even more. All the better if you're sweet, witty, affectionate, passionate about what's important to you, interesting, and quick to laugh. Bonus points if you're a gentleman and a rogue and know when to be which. I appreciate a sense of humour, integrity, strength of character, and good old southern manners/home training/good breeding, whatever you want to call it. I admire one who is well-read, confident, and comfortable in his own skin. If you are the man described in this paragraph, you'll have me at hello!
