I'll be honest here: I'm an independent girl, content with life, and not looking for a life partner. But I am looking for some fun! I want to spend time with someone who doesn't want commitment but does want to experience the finer things in life with someone who will appreciate them. Who will delight in being taken to the theatre or off for weekend breaks in cosy hotels or glamorous cities. Who is happy to meet up when each others' diaries suit, and make the most of the time we've got, without demands and making the most of life.

I work, with passion, in education, I'm a complete bibliophile and lover of a good yarn, having an entirely pointless postgraduate degree in such things. I listen to too much radio four than is good for me, have a love of comedy, comedians, and anything else ridiculous. I am a hopeless humanist and relativist (driving all 'black and white' kind of people insane with my many layers of grey - especially my South African relatives). So people fascinate me; I'm a bit of an observer with a dreadful habit of staring into peoples living rooms to see the lives people lead.I've got 2 older children who have a father and have no need for another.

As I've said, life is too short to spend it just on the drudgery of the day-to-day, I want to live it, and would love someone, who has the means, to share these moments with me.
